We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team and contribute to a brand-new project. You’ll help the team implement and enhance Agile practices, manage efficient workflows, and ensure the successful delivery of large products in the Point of Sale domain. The goal is to bring maximum value to the end users and offer new opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management (leading 2-3 Scrum teams of 5 -10 people)
• Integration management skills and hands-on experience
• Excellent knowledge of Project Management theory
• Strong Scrum Master experience
• Completed Scrum Master Certification
• Expertise in project planning, execution, successful delivery, and requirement management
• Skills in preventing issues, maintaining project schedules, and minimizing team distractions
• Experience setting up custom measurements for process optimization and stability
• Upper-Intermediate English level
