Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Architect, you will design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for our customers and partners. You will manage high-impact projects, provide deep technical insights, and ensure customers achieve maximum value from our platform.

In Short

• Drive complex projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) to full implementation.
• Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development.
• Deliver technical training and workshops for customers and partners.
• Develop precise technical documentation and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations.
• Experience in front-end design using HTML and CSS.
• Experience in back-end development and data manipulation.
