Overview

As Head of Customer Success for Activation & Onboarding, you will own the critical implementation and activation portion of the customer journey, leading a team of ~75 CSMs to drive positive outcomes for customers.

In Short

  • Own the strategy and outcomes for customer activation and onboarding.
  • Build and lead high-caliber teams of managers and individual contributors.
  • Identify and refine best practices for effective onboarding.
  • Maintain a high-performing culture while improving processes.
  • Develop career paths and mentoring for direct reports.
  • Instrument dashboards to monitor activation effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management for alignment.
  • Report on performance and customer insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or Implementation, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role in high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven track record in overseeing leaders and driving improvements.
  • Metrics-driven leader with experience in optimizing performance.
  • Ability to use data to scale operations and forecast outcomes.
  • Passion for customer success and coaching teams.
  • Experience in cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Strong communication skills with executive-level customers.
  • Proven people leader with a focus on talent development.
