Overview

As a founding member of the Canadian-based SDR team, you will be one of the first reps focused exclusively on building Ramp’s presence in the Canadian market. Our world-class sales organization is looking for self-motivated teammates with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling to accelerate our growth as we scale rapidly!

In Short

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
  • Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteria
  • Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
  • Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce

Requirements

  • Must be based in Ontario and within the Greater Toronto Area
  • Expectation of at least three days per week in Toronto office space
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
  • High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
  • Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
  • Deep interest in understanding business challenges
  • Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
