In Short

  • Lead business development for large enterprise segment.
  • Oversee sales and revenue functions across the US.
  • Manage partnerships and day-to-day sales activities.
  • Build out large enterprise channel through various stakeholders.
  • Own direct sales cycles and measure sales quotas.
  • Communicate value proposition effectively.
  • Support development of strategic broker relationships.
  • Provide performance reviews and professional development for sales team.
  • Work in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • Participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of sales experience in health benefits.
  • Existing relationships within broker, consultant, and insurance communities.
  • 3+ years experience selling to large Enterprise clients.
  • Data literacy to turn complex datasets into insights.
  • Experience developing sales processes and executing strategies.
  • Desire to work in a startup environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $150,000 - $190,000 annually.
  • Commission eligible role.
  • Participation in equity incentive plans.
