In Short

• Conduct position briefings with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Assess job posting performance and manage job campaigns.
• Review incoming applications and actively source candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates.
• Maintain KPIs and seek opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS startup.
• Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data for decisions.
• Proven ability to engage, sell, and close candidates.
• High degree of flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
