As an Account Manager at Medely, you will be responsible for the success, retention, and expansion of our healthcare facility customers, acting as a trusted partner and guiding customer strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of account management experience in SaaS or technology.
• Proven track record in customer retention and upselling.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace is a plus.
