In Short

• Responsible for building robust talent pipelines and recruiting for hourly and/or high-volume positions.
• Develop relationships with outside organizations for sourcing candidates.
• Manage full cycle recruiting processes including posting positions and interviewing candidates.
• Create compelling recruiting posts highlighting the company’s mission and values.
• Execute recruiting campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
• Network with candidates and leverage professional job sites.
• Support internal career pathing programs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring.
• Utilize applicant tracking system for candidate data.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Requirements

• High School or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience required; high-volume experience preferred.
• Experience in sourcing and executing recruiting campaigns.
• Ability to gather and present recruiting data.
• Effective communication skills with diverse candidates.
