In Short

• Join ZoomCare as a Clinic Associate responsible for delivering the Perfect Visit experience.
• Engage in scheduling appointments and updating medical records.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Perform blood draws and process labs.
• Maintain inventory and assist with patient payments.
• Educate patients on navigating their medical records.
• Support medical providers and ensure clinic cleanliness.
• Participate in training at Bellevue location and other clinics.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with potential overtime.
• Adhere to patient privacy and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 1 month.
• Ability to complete phlebotomy training within six months.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and other diseases.
• Ability to obtain Medical Assistant licenses within specified time frames.
• Preferred: Certification as a Medical Assistant.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
