Overview

ZoomCare is seeking a Super Medical Assistant to join our team! The Super Medical Assistant is responsible for delivering a consistent Perfect Visit experience across all the ZoomCare Super Clinics.

In Short

• Schedule appointments and check patients in and out.
• Take patient vitals and perform wound/burn cleaning.
• Assist in procedures and maintain inventory.
• Provide emergency care when necessary.
• Educate patients on navigating their medical records.
• Manage clinic freezers and ensure patient flow.
• Collect specimens from patients as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the clinic.
• Support medical providers as requested.
• Manage multiple patients in a team-based environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Vaccinated against COVID-19 and other required vaccines.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist license or equivalent training experience.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Flexible in responding to time-sensitive communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
