In Short

• Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies.
• Work closely with the Director of Communications.
• Create media relations strategies that drive business outcomes.
• Manage content for employee intranet, emails, and newsletters.
• Establish relationships with journalists.
• Write, edit, and proofread communications content.
• Create and manage internal newsletters.
• Collaborate with marketing and patient experience teams.
• Track and report on communication campaign results.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in media relations or communications.
• Proven track record of securing media placements.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• High degree of flexibility and resilience.
• Confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficient in various software tools.
• Experience with content management systems preferred.
