Clinic Associate - Per Diem - Remote

In Short

• Per diem position requiring a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
• Responsible for delivering the Perfect Visit experience across various service lines.
• Tasks include scheduling appointments, updating medical records, and processing labs.
• Must attend 3-4 weeks of training, including in-person and remote sessions.
• Perform blood draws and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Process patient payments and educate patients on their medical records.
• Support medical providers and ensure clinic cleanliness.
• Must obtain relevant certifications within specified timeframes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Exposure to sensitive patient information and need for confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and relevant software.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or ability to obtain within 1 month.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and other specified diseases.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must obtain a Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist license within 6 months of hire.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and adjust focus between close and distance vision.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
