In Short

  • Provide technical assistance and support for all ZoomCare employees.
  • Coordinate IT support across on-site and remote teams.
  • Triage and resolve help desk issues promptly.
  • Assist with hardware and software implementation.
  • Maintain inventory and enforce security policies.
  • Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base articles.
  • Perform basic user administration tasks.
  • Assist with device setup and deployment.
  • Maintain the IT stockroom.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of mobile operating systems.
  • Exposure to cloud-based tools like Google Workspace.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow step-by-step technical instructions.
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+ preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
