IT Support Specialist - Remote

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an IT Specialist to support our internal operations and contribute to the reliability and security of our cloud-based infrastructure.

In Short

• Provide general IT help and resolve user problems.
• Update the IT Working Group on changes to company IT.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and IT solutions.
• Follow up with users and see problems through resolution.
• Utilize excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of tasks.
• Preserve and grow knowledge of procedures, products, and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Endpoint Management via Intune.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/Azure services.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Windows-based systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CMMC or similar compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of IT responsibilities.
