SMS Training Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

Areli seeks an experienced and detail-oriented SMS Training Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking change requests, conducting knowledge management interviews, and providing comprehensive training to the Enterprise - Sustainment Management System (E-SMS) community.

In Short

• Provide E-SMS change management & monthly user training.
• Conduct knowledge management interviews to document and draft revisions to training guides.
• Develop and deliver E-SMS monthly user training.
• Provide trip reports following training sessions.
• Deliver on-site training and manage logistics.
• Update training curriculum and materials.
• Incorporate user feedback into training content.
• Ensure training materials are suitable for various formats.
• Conduct bi-weekly meetings and provide minutes.
• Align content with the E-SMS Inventory and Assessment Guide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and delivering training.
• 3+ years of experience using BUILDER.
• Knowledge of policies for conducting BUILDER inspections.
• Familiarity with Army SMS community practices.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a background check.
