In Short

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs for the ECM Department.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions on ECM core competencies and program standards.
  • Conduct onboarding for new ECM team members and ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Assess and evaluate the efficacy of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, assisting with performance improvement plans.
  • Liaise with internal leadership and external stakeholders to identify training needs.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with continuing education obligations.
  • Assist in creating and disseminating training materials and guidance documents.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives by integrating best practices into training.
  • Remain updated on CalAIM policy modifications and workforce development trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Health Care administration preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in adult education and staff training, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience working with Medi-Cal populations or ECM programs is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze training requirements and formulate curricula.
  • Proficiency in LMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual training platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Cultural competence and ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.

Benefits

  • Experience with trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing is a plus.
