In Short

• Support the full employee life cycle — from offer letter and onboarding through offboarding.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers.
• Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner on employee relations matters.
• Administer and oversee ADA accommodations and leave processes.
• Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing people programs.
• Collaborate with payroll, operations, and leadership.
• Contribute to HR process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience managing leave administration and employee relations.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
