HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

BPM’s HR Consulting team is seeking a skilled, hands-on HR Generalist to provide tactical HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role works collaboratively with our HR consultants and sometimes directly with clients to deliver high-quality HR services that advance their people, compliance, and organizational goals.

In Short

• Support BPM’s HR Consulting team in delivering HR solutions to clients across various industries.
• Provide day-to-day HR assistance such as onboarding, performance management, benefits administration and coordination, and policy implementation.
• Partner with consultants to manage client requests, entries into HRMS, electronic documentation, and communications.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Prepare materials, reports, and data analyses to support client projects.
• Assist with HRIS updates, data accuracy, and process improvements.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and legislative updates.
• Occasionally meet with clients and consultants virtually to discuss HR project needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions including recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is a plus.
