Overview

Peak Support is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in the Philippines.

In Short

• Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement HR programs.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and compliance matters.
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in HR operations, ideally in BPO.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Willingness to work critical days and shifts as needed.
