• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters for new hires.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Assist with various HR projects and initiatives.
• Foster a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
• Ensure all employee records are accurate and complete.
• Provide a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of HR experience focused on recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of HR practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
