We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Generalist to join our small, talented People team to help shape and optimise our people operations, systems, and culture.

In Short

• Manage and automate onboarding processes.
• Maintain and optimize the HRIS for accurate people data.
• Update and maintain the Company Handbook.
• Collect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist with payroll processes and collaborate with external providers.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts.
• Support team relations as a trusted point of contact.
• Implement and maintain performance frameworks.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Promote workplace culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people operations or HR roles.
• Comfortable working fully remote.
• Familiarity with different work arrangements.
• Good understanding of HRIS systems.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
