In Short

• Partner with hiring managers for job descriptions.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll.
• Support performance review cycles and goal-setting.
• Draft and communicate HR policies.
• Contribute to People initiatives for engagement and retention.
• Bring rigor and empathy to the People function.
• Fluency in English required; experience with international teams preferred.

Requirements

• 2+ years in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Track record of supporting distributed teams.
