HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you’ll provide front-line HR support, manage employee inquiries, and ensure accurate HR data, compliance, and documentation.

In Short

• Own Tier 1 HR-support tickets and respond to employee inquiries.
• Maintain internal employee resources and documentation.
• Partner with HRBPs on lifecycle changes and offboarding logistics.
• Act as a bridge between Center of Excellence expertise and business-facing HR.
• Assist with compliance-related tasks and documentation.
• Support HR reports creation and distribution.
• Assist with Open Enrollment and other benefits-related activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize processes.
• Support HR systems data maintenance and integrations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Exposure to HR compliance and/or HRBP programs.
• Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Curious and self-motivated.
• Technologically savvy with HRIS experience.
• Sharp eye for detail with data and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
