Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree focused on HR.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, especially in recruiting and administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Personio.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work reliably and discreetly.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Initial practical experience using AI in HR.
