• Manage Employee Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and support tickets.
• Assist with Employee Onboarding: Help manage onboarding workflows and paperwork.
• Support Talent Acquisition: Assist the recruiting team with applications and interviews.
• Maintain HR Systems & Data: Update employee records in HRIS.
• Support Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits programs.
• Coordinate Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate employee activities.
• Process HR Communications: Prepare HR-related communications.
• Provide Administrative Support: Assist with invoicing and presentations.
• Contribute to Compliance: Assist with audits and record-keeping.
• Improve HR Processes: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
