Requirements

  • 2+ years of contact center experience.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
  • Clear and concise writing skills.
  • Ability to teach and explain technical concepts.
  • Patience and understanding in customer interactions.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Continuous learner with attention to detail.
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
