• Maximize customer utilization of our SaaS solutions.
• Dedicated support for 4-5 Japanese corporate clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and manage customer satisfaction.
• Assist with customer support and problem-solving.
• Guide clients through contract renewals.
• Support team members to focus in the best environment.
• Assist with operations and general affairs.
• Manage office operations.
• Support various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• Business communication in English.
• Available for immediate employment.
• Ability to commit to over 3 years of continuous employment.
• Working holiday visa candidates are welcome.
• D-10 visa holders are preferred.
