Overview

As Head of Business Development, you’ll own and scale Hopae’s go-to-market strategy — from identifying and closing high-value partnerships to designing repeatable systems that power long-term global growth.

In Short

  • Lead global business development from strategy to execution.
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Build and maintain a robust partnership pipeline.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Product, and Legal.
  • Define and track performance KPIs.
  • Represent Hopae externally with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in enterprise partnerships or B2B SaaS sales (7–10+ years).
  • Proven ability to take a market from 0 → 1 → scalable growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Korean.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Bonus: experience in digital identity or cybersecurity domains.
  • Builder’s mindset — hands-on and adaptable.
