Overview

Beekeeper is looking for a passionate, driven leader who wants to be a part of something big. As the Head of Business Development for North America, you will deliver massive value by coaching, leading, and developing our team of Business Development Representatives. These people play a crucial role in each new customer’s journey with Beekeeper, as they generate outbound interest and qualify/convert inbound inquiries into sales-qualified leads.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Business Development Representatives focused on converting inbound leads and generating outbound opportunities.
  • Hire and develop outstanding BDRs to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation processes.
  • Perform data analysis to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce and Outreach to optimize workflows.
  • Enhance inbound lead response times and conversion rates.
  • Implement best practices for generating sales opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to BDRs.
  • Coordinate strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a positive team culture and drive success.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales or sales development leadership.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor early-career sales professionals.
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence and engagement solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM practices.
  • Excellent prospecting and sales qualification skills.
  • Track record of teamwork and positive attitude.
  • Experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Motivated and results-oriented mindset.
