Overview

As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you’ll play a key role in equipping our Sales and Customer Success teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed.

In Short

  • Develop, deliver, and refine onboarding and ongoing enablement programs.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to help reps improve sales execution.
  • Ensure training programs align with sales methodologies to improve performance.
  • Use data to identify performance gaps and measure training effectiveness.
  • Track key rep productivity metrics to refine enablement strategies.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to keep sales teams updated.
  • Build and optimize sales training content and resources.
  • Own the planning and execution of enablement sessions.
  • Improve satisfaction scores for customer-facing team events.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales reps.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement or Sales Coaching.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying or KPI-driven sales role.
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies.
  • Proven ability to coach and train sales teams.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong execution and project management skills.
  • A data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
