Overview

As Manager, Revenue Enablement at MaintainX, you will develop and manage post-sales enablement programs specifically designed to maximize revenue growth from our existing customer base.

In Short

  • Manage a team of Enablement professionals dedicated to the AM, CS, and Product Enablement functions.
  • Develop and manage enablement programs for the Client Success team focused on increasing revenue through the install base.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align enablement initiatives with broader revenue growth strategies.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, processes, and frameworks for Client Success teams.
  • Design and deliver enablement sessions on key revenue-generating skills.
  • Tailor enablement programs for different customer segments.
  • Continuously improve and scale the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Establish and track KPIs for measuring effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Act as the strategic enablement business partner to Client Success leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in Revenue/GTM Enablement or Customer Success Enablement.
  • Expertise in developing playbooks, processes, and training programs.
  • Strong track record of enabling customer-facing teams.
  • Ability to measure and track success through KPIs.
  • Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
