Requirements

• 4-year undergraduate degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Experience in growth marketing with a focus on channel experimentation.
• Ability to manage complex experiments and testing programs.
• Proven analytical mindset using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Self-driven with a curiosity for discovering growth opportunities.
• Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
• Ability to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Experience leveraging AI for customer acquisition efforts.
