In Short

• Manage a team of platform engineers, driving delivery, quality, and innovation on our agentic SDLC platform.
• Partner with Engineering Leadership and Platform teams to scope, plan, and deliver the infrastructure that powers autonomous coding agents.
• Lead, mentor, and grow your developers in agent frameworks and platform engineering.
• Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
• Champion software development excellence with strong CI/CD pipelines and observability.
• Provide visibility into team impact and progress to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to hire and onboard a world-class platform engineering organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Development management experience.
• Strong technical foundation in developer tooling, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Experience in technical design, problem-solving, and project management.
• Passion for hiring, coaching, and developing diverse teams.
• Familiarity with LLM agent frameworks is a strong differentiator.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across stakeholders.
• Bonus: shipped an AI coding agent or contributed to a DevEx/platform initiative.
