Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience with AI coding agents in development workflows.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage team capacity and planning effectively.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Comfort in customer-facing environments.
