In Short

• Lead one of our R&D Platform Teams.
• Manage a team of 4-8 developers.
• Work closely with Design, Product, and Data partners.
• Set a strategic engineering vision and roadmap.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure using Java/Kotlin.
• Ensure high quality standards across platforms.
• Collaborate on new products for margin, futures, and options clients.
• Directly manage developers and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish a strong team culture and engineering practices.
• Foster strong communication and context sharing.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams of 4+ engineers.
• Experience building backend infrastructure for low latency systems.
• Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Collaborative experience with product management and design.
• Familiarity with Java/Kotlin, GraphQL, Kafka, Kubernetes.
