Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in service design or premium client experience.
• Proven track record of taking a service concept from idea to live pilot.
• Ability to use modern technology for rapid prototyping.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to measure ROI.
• Experience transitioning pilots into scalable processes.
• Familiarity with the wealth management landscape.
• Comfort working in regulated environments.
• Outstanding communication skills.
