Overview

As the Director of Account-Based Marketing, you will own and execute Tempo's ABM strategy targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts, focusing on pipeline generation and relationship expansion.

In Short

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies for Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to define target account lists and ideal customer profiles.
  • Leverage intent data and buying signals to inform account prioritization and campaign timing.
  • Design and execute hyper-personalized, multi-channel campaigns for target accounts.
  • Plan and execute ABM advertising campaigns via 6sense, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage field marketing programs including executive events and customer roadshows.
  • Track and report on marketing's influence on deal velocity and revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales priorities.
  • Build feedback loops to continuously improve ABM programs.
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and account planning sessions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 4+ years focused on account-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing successful ABM programs.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms, specifically 6sense.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills for orchestrating multi-channel campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop memorable account experiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field events and customer roadshows.
