In Short

  • Architect and lead our global ABM strategy, evolving traditional demand gen into account-first, multi-touch experiences (1:1, 1:few, 1:many).
  • Power personalization with AI-driven tools like 6sense, Demandbase, and predictive analytics to engage key accounts with the right message at the right time.
  • Align deeply with Sales, Sales Development, and RevOps to build integrated plays that drive results across buying groups and segments.
  • Lead and inspire a team of senior campaign managers, digital specialists, and operations pros to execute cross-channel campaigns that convert.
  • Optimize every touchpoint, from our website to webinars to social channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, partner marketing, and field teams to deliver cohesive campaigns tailored to strategic accounts.
  • Drive results and insight, using metrics to continuously improve performance, track velocity, and report impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Educate and evangelize ABM best practices and emerging tech across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing and account-based marketing.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and predictive analytics.
  • Experience in aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Leadership experience managing teams in a marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Experience in optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media.
