Overview

As the Director of Partner Marketing, you will own and scale Tempo's global partner marketing strategy, driving revenue growth through our ecosystem of Channel Partners and Marketplace Partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing
  • Proven track record in building partner marketing programs
  • Experience executing co-marketing campaigns
  • Strong content creation skills
  • Familiarity with Atlassian ecosystem preferred
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset with marketing analytics experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Willingness to travel to partner events
