• Lead a team of engineers in designing and delivering cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical direction.
• Drive Scrum ceremonies to maintain team velocity.
• Apply cloud best practices in cost optimization and architecture.
• Own the delivery of reliable and scalable backend services.
• Promote engineering best practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Support engineers through coaching and mentorship.
• Contribute to recruiting and onboarding efforts.
• Shape the cloud platform and enable teams to deliver high-quality capabilities.
• Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in management.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and modern cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance technical involvement with people management.
