• Supervise and mentor a team in patient financial navigation.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional support optimizing patient financial experience.
• Oversee daily operations and provide guidance.
• Resolve complex billing inquiries and drive process improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial navigation workflows.
• Manage escalated patient financial navigation issues with compassion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline communication.
• Analyze trends in patient financial concerns.
• Provide expert-level guidance on financial matters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle operations.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRMs (i.e., Salesforce) and Billing Software (i.e., Epic).
• Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage verification.
• Passion for patient advocacy.
