Overview

Guardant Health is seeking a Supervisor of Screening Patient Navigation to lead a team supporting patients undergoing preventative cancer screening, specifically for the Guardant Shield test.

In Short

• Lead a team of Patient Navigation Specialists.
• Manage high-volume patient workflows and improve sample return rates.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Oversee escalated cases related to eligibility and compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Track KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop SOPs and scripts for screening workflows.
• Drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in patient navigation or public health.
• Passion for early cancer detection.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills.
• Clear communication and people management skills.
• Adaptability in a rapidly growing environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
