Overview

The Client Services Associate (CSA) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to clients and patients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.

In Short

  • Primarily remote with occasional travel for training and meetings.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Biological Sciences or similar discipline preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service within healthcare or related fields.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Organized and detail-oriented problem solver.
  • Flexibility for changing procedures and policies.
  • Ability to lift routine office supplies (up to 25 pounds).
  • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Background screening required.
