Client Services Associate - Remote

Overview

The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing exceptional support to Guardant Health’s customers and ensuring efficient management of operations.

In Short

• Provide exceptional customer support via telephone, email, and web.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Enter customer information in Salesforce.
• Manage payment collection and billing processes.
• Collaborate with Client Service teams for optimal support.
• Assist in maintaining training materials.
• Participate in department projects as needed.
• Perform administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer service and billing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Client Services and Medical Billing processes.
• Subject matter expertise in Client Services and/or Billing.
• Knowledge of cancer and medical oncology is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and one other EU language.
• Ability to perform basic data analysis.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
