The Senior Director, Patient Navigation will play a crucial role in leading ZERO Prostate Cancer's innovative patient navigation program aimed at improving outcomes and reducing disparities in prostate cancer care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in patient navigation or oncology care.
• Proven track record in managing healthcare programs.
• Strong understanding of prostate cancer care.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with diverse communities and health disparities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
