The Senior Director, Precision Engagement will lead a team responsible for identifying, engaging, and triaging high-potential patient leads within a rare lung mutation space, transforming data insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial roles within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Prior leadership experience in inside sales or patient identification teams.
• Oncology launch experience required.
• Proven track record of leveraging data-driven strategies.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and engagement tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Periodic travel may be required.
