Overview

The Director, Client Engagement is a front-facing marketing leader responsible for developing marketing strategies and building relationships with key stakeholders to support initiatives across Stanford Medicine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
  • 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • 7 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in an academic medical or community hospital setting preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing strategy development.
  • Strong relationship building and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong character, integrity, and common sense.
  • Proven executive presence and ability to inspire collaboration.
  • Ability to digest market research for strategic targeting.
