Overview

The Director, Client Engagement is responsible for cultivating positive, long-term relationships across the EnableComp client base, ensuring high levels of client service and product success.

In Short

  • Acts as an ambassador for a supportive team, providing efficient service to clients.
  • Manages KPI metrics including NPS scoring and client retention goals.
  • Uses a consultative approach to serve clients effectively.
  • Tracks client performance goals and reviews progress regularly.
  • Ensures timely delivery of reporting packages to clients.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop client-specific strategies.
  • Schedules and attends regular client meetings to discuss status and reports.
  • Assists with process updates and manages client deliverables post-implementation.
  • Identifies cross-sell opportunities within the client base.
  • Directs Managed Care initiatives and communicates fee schedule changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related field required.
  • 7-10 years of experience in account management in healthcare technology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cross-selling with a proven track record.
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Effective presentation skills for communicating analytics and ROI.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Some travel required.
