The Supervisor, Revenue Services – Motor Vehicle Accident oversees a team of Revenue Specialists and serves as the internal escalation point for claim processing resolution in the healthcare revenue cycle management sector.

In Short

• Supervise assigned Revenue Services teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for claims resolution.
• Prepare performance evaluations and account reviews.
• Analyze Motor Vehicle Accident claim payments.
• Research and acquire necessary medical records for claims.
• Conduct follow-ups for proper reimbursement.
• Train and mentor staff, including new hires.
• Perform Quality Control tasks.
• Recommend staff hires or terminations as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 5 years' experience in healthcare billing or collections.
• 5 years' client-facing/customer service experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory or team lead experience.
• 3-5 years' experience with MVA billing and collections required.
• Intermediate understanding of insurance claims processing.
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
