Overview

The Senior Partner Manager will contribute to revenue growth by recruiting, enabling, and co-selling with strategic partners in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

In Short

  • Own a partnerships revenue quota, driving new business through partners.
  • Generate leads and qualify partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners that drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Build joint business plans focused on pipeline growth and revenue attainment.
  • Drive deal collaboration with partners and internal sales teams.
  • Launch joint campaigns and events with partners.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting on partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Use insights and analytics to refine partner strategy.
  • Support EMEA sales teams and partners from the U.S. East Coast.
  • 5–8 years of experience in partner management or channel sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue quotas through partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel economics.
  • Experience in Microsoft and/or SAP ecosystems preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deliver measurable results.
